The OHSAS 18001 new standard, the ISO 45001, was published in March of 2018, and there is a three (3) year grace period for companies to transition to the new standard - meaning the deadline is fast approaching.

The publication of the new ISO 45001:2018 standard took place on 12 March 2018, and a three-year transition period for its implementation in companies was set from that date to 12.3.2021. The validity of certificates issued according to CSN OHSAS 18001: 2008 / BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 is established in parallel - the latest by 12.3.2021.
